Is your payment Secure?

We use Google Checkout for all payments, which means that we never see any of your account information and all payments are backed by Google, one of the most trusted web teams in the world.

Can I pay over the phone?

For security purposes we do not accept any orders over the phone. We like to preserve the security of our customers and as such we use Google Checkout as our payment method.

Why is delivery so expensive?

Each buoy weighs 1.3kg and is quite bulky. To ensure you get your goods quickly and safely we use couriers, at a cost of £7.40. We do not make any profit getting the item to you and packaging is free.

Why are they so expensive?

We sell high quality items including Official Baywatch buoys. These buoys are very hard to come by, even second hand on eBay these sell for in excess of £60 and generic buoys in excess of £40. These are real life-saving buoys and are made of tough durable high quality plastics. Find the exact same buoy cheaper on the internet in the UK and we'll refund the difference.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2 - 3 days from dispatch, but may take longer depending on circumstances. Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only and not contractually binding on the seller. It is therefore not a condition of the contract. We cannot ever guarantee delivery by a particular date or time, so please allow suffient time to receive your items.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Due to the weight of these Baywatch Buoys, it is very expensive to ship these items outside of the UK. If you wish to get a quote on delivery please Contact Us before making a booking.
